1. Return Window

  • Return requests can be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Requests made after 5 days may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product should:

✔️ Include original packaging and accessories
✔️ Have a valid order/invoice
✔️ Not fall under our non-returnable items

3. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Used or damaged products due to customer misuse
🚫 Personal hygiene products
🚫 Customized/personalized products
🚫 Clearance or final-sale products
🚫 Products specifically marked as non-returnable

4. How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Email support@fixaamart.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request.
3️⃣ If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
4️⃣ Send the product back as instructed.
5️⃣ After inspection, we'll process the eligible refund or replacement.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

📦 Damaged product: Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos/videos.

❌ Wrong product: Contact us within 3 days with your order details and proof.

📦 Missing item: Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For verified cases, we may provide a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.

Note: Shipping charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Important Note

Refunds and replacements are subject to product eligibility and verification. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order.
